Forra dell'Emmisi

A few kilometres from the town of Rofrano, surrounded by the thick wood of Quercus cerris and Alder, the Mingardo river has produced, over the millennia, one of the most fascinating natural spectacles of the entire territory of the Cilento and Vallo di Diano National Park: the Gorge of Emmisi.

It is about 500 metres long, made by various sheets of water, set between high cliffs (about 30 metres) and covered by centuries-old trees. The ravine can be crossed using a rubber dinghy, led by the members of the GET towards the deep waters: join a unique experience that will last in your memories forever.
NOTICE-bring spare clothes, swimsuits, towels: you will definitely get wet. A barbecue will restore your strength at the sailing.
