Casa vacanze: Casa dei Gerani

The "Casa dei Gerani" is located in the heart of the historic fabric of Celsus, frazione of the comune of Pollica, 7 Km from the famous seaside resort of Acciaroli, awarded the "5 Sails" of Legambiente and blue flag.

Adaptation to holiday apartment has respected the original structure of the building, through a sanitary remediation order to obtain previously non-existent bathrooms.

The fixtures have been completely redone the same as above, the roof was rebuilt with brick tiles, as before. By a street level leads to the upper floor on wide hallway, where there are 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 with bunk beds).

The living room where he goes into the kitchen and extra bedroom with attached bathroom. In order to respect the structure of the home, a bathroom has access from a small hallway. In total can host up to 8 people.

Each double room has a balcony or terrace, the kitchen is fully furnished with all appliances. There is hot water thanks to the modern equipment installed. The living room is equipped with flat TV with satellite channels. The apartment does not require air conditioning thanks to the natural coolness of the structure. From the terrace you can admire the Valley towards the sea of Acciaroli.

During the day you can safely come and go from the closest seaside resorts (Acciaroli and Pioppi). It is also good starting point to visit other beautiful localities of Cilento (Santa Maria di Castellabate, monte Stella, Agropoli, Paestum, Velia).
